• It’s on the same street as the pool. The pool has life guards on duty when it’s open and a really fun slide (this is even more fun when they call “Adult Swim” and the kids have to watch all the parents play on it!)

• The refrigerator is big and the oven is a convection oven with a solid surface top and a warmer burner.

• The washer and dryer are only a few years old – bought those new in 2006.

• The majority of the light fixtures are upgraded and have dimmer switches. The fan in the living room has and upper and lower light as well as a dimmer. The dining room has a great light fixture and the kitchen has some great halogen track lights. The master bedroom has a chandelier with really pretty shades on the bulbs (and a dimmer!).

• The HOA is great – if there is ever and issue (leaves on the porch or a neighbor that might be too loud – they are on it right away. They’ve been great.)

• Trash and recycle pick-up is provided and the can and is in the back of the house. All you have to do is roll it down the sidewalk to the back parking lot.

• There is a storage building in the back of the house. There is also a closet downstairs as well as decent size ones in the bedrooms.

• There is also attic space as well.

• There is a half bath downstairs and two full baths upstairs.

• It’s on the same road as the gym. They’ve got a decent workout facility with free weights and machines.
