Rent Now & Buy Later

All Renters eventually become Buyers but, in the near term, may not be quite ready to buy now for various reasons. When you are ready to buy a home we have an amazing financial incentive – we will give you a credit at the closing table equivilent to one months rent!

How does the Rent Now & Buy Later program work?

Rent Now

Call us when you are near the end of your lease,  whether it be our rental listing or not and at any price and for any length of time (12 months, 6 months etc.)

Buy Later

When you are ready to buy a home simply Contact one of our buyer’s agents a few months (ideally, 3-4 months) before your lease expires telling us you are ready to buy a new home. In return, we will reimburse your last month’s rent at the closing table upon your lender’s approval.

* The amount is credited on the closing documents and for the amount of one month’s rent of your terminating lease.  It is that easy. There are no charges when using our Real Estate Group because we are always paid by the Seller. You benefit from our firm’s buyer agency expertise while also benefiting financially.

*Amount must be approved by your lender and  by lay must be documented on the closing documents (HUD statement)
