One area that we excel is working with real estate investors. Our Real Estate Group consults and advises investors from all over the United States with the purchasing of foreclosures, short sales, REO properties, bank-owned homes and inventory homes as investments.  You give us your criteria and we find the right fit.

Carolina Living Property Management not only has the ability to manage the renovation (i.e. painting/carpet/etc.) of your newly acquired investment but we also offer our clients first class property management services.

Our Property Management Group manages many single family homes, town homes and condominiums with a minimum rental rate of $650.00 per month and up to $3,500.00 per month. We are one of a couple Charlotte Property Management firm’s that hold Rental Open Houses!  While some companies manage hundreds of properties, we purposely keep our inventory at a manageable level.  We never take on more than we can professionally handle.

We do not manage Homeowner’s Associations (HOAs) or apartment complexes. We want to be known as experts residental property management and not just good at many things.

Our vacancy rate is extremely low due to our market expertise and personalized service to every rental prospect. Furthermore, because we are Realtors ®, too, we advertise in the local MLS, reaching over 11,000 Realtors ®, as well as numerous rental advertising outlets.
